For the love of sound
About the band Rhye is not much known, but what we do know is that this is a song that needs to be shared. With a great sound that reminds us a bit of Sade, with a name that stands for ‘a person who is often confused with being the son of god’ and with a formation of a band that doesn’t get more specific then ‘a duo out off LA’, we have to be content with just the song and the video clip. Lucky for us that is more than enough!

Lana Love
Lana del Rey. She’s stunning. And talented. ‘What’s not to like about Lana?’, is what H&M must have thought. So one thing led to another, and fact is that Lana will be the new face for H&M this fall.

Go Back To The Zoo
The Dutch band Go Back To The Zoo is an established name in their hometown and is now crossing borders. With a new album released last month we wanted to know how Cas (singer), Lars (base), Teun (guitar) and Bram (drums) are experiencing the here and now and how they’re looking towards the future. We met them at HILFIGER DENIM LIVE in Paradiso in Amsterdam.
You dropt your second album, Shake A Wave last month, how do you feel about this new album and how are the reactions so far?
“The new album is different from the first album, not just in sound but also in the process off making it”, Cas says. “During the making of the first album we continued to play live shows. This allowed us to test the new songs with an audience and get familiar with it before it was released. The new album we didn’t ‘test’ up front so we had to wait and see what the responses were.”
